CopyMind CRM is an internal customer relationship management application operated by CopyMind. The application is used to manage leads, client records, contact requests, follow-up workflows, and business communication related to CopyMind's marketing, consulting, and copywriting services.
When users submit forms or communicate with CopyMind, their information may be stored and managed inside the CRM for the purpose of responding to inquiries, managing sales processes, providing services, and improving customer experience.
If Google OAuth is used, the application accesses only the Google user data explicitly authorized by the user on the Google consent screen. This data is used only for CRM-related functionality, such as identifying the user, managing communication, enabling approved integrations, and supporting internal business workflows.
CopyMind CRM does not sell personal data and does not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
